Create a vacation. Send a resident on a fully-staffed trip to Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm or Magic Mountain—$1,500

Capture a moment. Purchase a digital camera for staff to take on trips with residents and create a memorable slide show—$400

Develop our site.  Add a page or improvements to this website so that we can inform the public more effectively—$750

Eat healthy.  Put more fresh fruits and vegetables on residents’ plates for a year—$1,250

Enhance training.  Replace our old training videotapes and hard copy materials with up-to-date CD’s and DVD’s and Power Point presentations—$1,500

Foster fitness. Fund an additional physical activity position for one year—$5,000

Honor someone special.  Establish a permanent endowed fund in tribute to someone special—$5,000

Increase communication. Send an Hispanic staff member to English class—$750

Keep the pool open.  Provide for the staffing and operation of our therapeutic pool, which is not funded by Medi-Cal. One month—$2,500  

Makeover a bedroom.  Paint and replace draperies in one of our resident bedrooms—$1,000

Stimulate growth.  Purchase an appropriate puzzle or game for the residents—$30
